Any time spent with loved ones is time well spent. In April, we saw our #12PrintsProject bloggers celebrate birthday parties, friendships, and simple everyday moments.
April was a time of celebration in the home of In R Dream blogger, Tammy. Her little girl turned nine and this year her daughter asked for something special – a birthday party with 14 of her closest friends. The group headed down to their local Cooking School at Loblaw’s to celebrate.
The party was a memory Tammy wanted her daughter to treasure forever, so she rounded up all 14 girls for a photo (which is no easy feat) and turned it into a Peel & Stick to surprise Miss C!
For Nancy of Whispered Inspirations, April was a pretty ordinary month. With hectic schedules and a love for travel, sometimes all it takes is a moment of quiet to realize there’s no place like home.
That’s what Nancy felt one April afternoon and decided to take a selfie with her husband to turn into an Acrylic Block. Right in the living room where the photo was snapped is where Nancy’s new piece of photo art décor sits – although that might change due to a shy husband.
We’re sensing that our new Acrylic Blocks are becoming a favourite with our #12PrintsProject bloggers. Frugal Mom, Eh printed not one, not two, but three of her favourite photos of her daughters.
Being the perfect size for any desk, shelf or mantle, Frugal Mom, Eh has decided to display them on her bookshelf until the day her office is organized enough to have them sit on her desk.
For Tammy of My Organized Chaos, April means warmer weather, slowing down of activities, and more time for her daughters to play with their best friends, who just happen to live down the street!
For her April #12PrintsProject photo, she chose a very special moment between friends that marks the beginning of summer – the first popsicle. Because sharing is caring, Tammy decided to order each of the girls their own Gallery Frame so they can have matching friendship photos.
For Christine Da Costa, April marked a tragic passing for her family. Her adorable Yorkie, Marilyn Monroe, was struck by a car. Wanting to create a shrine in Marilyn Monroe’s memory, Christine created an Acrylic Block.
Christine and her family can now look at the Acrylic Block, now sitting in the entertainment unit beside Marilyn Monroe’s ashes and dog collar, and feel happy as they remember the good times they had together.
Barbara Milner and her family took a little trip down to Cuba and her son, Marshall, seems to have developed a thing for classic cars!
Like a few of her fellow #12PrintsProject bloggers, Barbara chose to have three Acrylic Blocks printed and is loving the 3D look.
A big congratulations goes out to @cindylee137 on Twitter who is the winner of the April #12PrintsProject $100 voucher! Her morning hike with her dog transported her to a whole new world as they rose above the fog.
