From decorating a kid’s room with pop art to adding personality to a home office with a Woodstand Print, our #12PrintsProject bloggers have done a great job at turning their August memories into photo art.
Tammy from In R Dream just can’t help herself. When it comes to choosing a subject each month for her #12PrintsProject post, photos of her children always win out over landscapes, florals and abstract art.
In August, Tammy and her children went on a hike through their local conservation area and a picture –perfect moment presented itself: the kids were standing while feeding the baby fish in the lake, perfectly framed by the trees and tall grass.
The final Gallery Box was so loved that it sparked a debate on whose office it would be hung in. In the end, Tammy claimed victory and now it rests on her wall, perfectly between her two computer screens to serve as a reminder to stop and refresh.
August proved to be a hectic month for Elizabeth from Frugal Mom, Eh, but between getting ready and moving into a new house she still found time to enjoy the remaining bits of summer with her family. Elizabeth’s daughter never misses an opportunity to ham it up for the camera on a hot and sunny day.
During one such day, Elizabeth captured what she considers—and we agree—a perfect photo of her daughter, which quickly became her favourite. Her daughter’s adorable smile and dimples are now proudly displayed as a Gallery Frame for all to see in her new house.
Comforting and invigorating are two things that Tammi from My Organized Chaos requires her office to be – after all, it’s where creativity flows and things get done. Tammi has long expressed her desire to give her office an overhaul, and she has finally decided to start with a Posterjack Woodstand Print.
Taking center stage is a photo featuring the people who inspire her the most – her daughters.
Christine Da Costa was able to cross one item off her to-do list this August – hang up art work in her daughter’s room!
Her oldest daughter is 13 and is always playing around with apps on her phone, so when Christine showed her the option to create pop art with Posterjack Canvas Prints, the response was a resounding “YES!”
Not wanting to be left out, her 8-year-old daughter also created a pop art print for herself as well.
The result? Some truly eye-popping photo art!
We had the pleasure of being introduced to a new member of Whispered Inspirations’ family – Maverick the French Bulldog!
On a summer day, Nancy took her newest addition out to the backyard for a photo shoot, where she captured a photo that perfectly personified Maverick. Mavi laid down, looked up, and truly expressed his perpetual melancholy and just how chill he is.
The photo now takes a spot as a Gallery Frame right beside a photo of his brother, Lincoln, in Nancy’s office.
August’s #12PrintsProject contest winner, Brenda Viragh, explored Alberta until she found the perfect sunset in Waterton Lakes National Park to be the subject of her photo entry!
